PROCESS

EMBRIODERY

Embroidery is great for a workwear, merch or gifts and a fantastic way to promote your brand identity. Embroidery works well on polo shirts, hoodies, jackets, shirts/blouses, aprons, jackets & headwear.
Your logo is digitised and submitted to the embroidery machine additional instructions are then set such as thread colours. Your garment is held in place with a frame and stabilising backing fabric and loaded onto the machine.
In terms of suitability, embroidery tends to work the best on polo shirts, business shirts/blouses, aprons/tabards, jackets & headwear.

TURNAROUND TIMES & DELIVERY

TURNAROUND TIMES
Standard turn around 7-10 full working days from approval plus delivery. Turnaround times are counted in full working days and do not include delivery times. If you place, pay and approve your order to print after 11.00am the turnaround times will start from the next working day. (weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days).

DELIVERY TIMES
Parcels are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, but can take up to 7 workings days depending upon location. As different products have different turnarounds depending upon the complexity of production involved we may dispatch your order as separate parcels.

FREE DELIVERY
Delivery is free on all orders over £75.00 and starts from £5.50 for orders under £75. Collection from our premises in Winchcombe is always free.

We can accept logo files in the following formats:
JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PSB, PDF,EPS

If you have a stitch pattern already we can accept it in the following formats:
DST or EMB

PROOFING

Before we proceed to print we will send you a layout proof via the email address you provide during the ordering process. This gives you a chance to check the position is correct before we go to print. Please note that we will not print your file unless we have received confirmation that the proof is okay to print.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOF CAREFULLY. IF THE PROOF INCLUDES ERRORS YOUR PRINT WILL INCLUDE THOSE ERRORS TOO!
Your proofs are for positioning and layout only. Due to the process used there may be a slight variation in the final positioning. Please view your proof on a desktop computer or a laptop using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Smart phones or tablets of any variety can be extremely unreliable for viewing proofs. Be aware that electronic proofs display colours differently and may not be a true match to the finished garment. If you have any concerns about colour reproduction we have swatches/samples available to view at our workshop.

We do not check the content of your file(s) i.e. telephone numbers, spellings etc. and will not be held responsible for any errors and or omissions arising from any mistake(s) originating from your file.
